About the course

This course is designed to teach beginners how to effectively utilize and adapt foundational pole skills, transforming them into a routine suitable for performing or competing. It is divided into three main categories.


The first category is development, which focuses on teaching you the fundamental skills and techniques required.


The second category is stamina and control, where you will learn how to improve your endurance and precision in executing the routine.


Lastly, the third category is creative combinations. In this phase, you will acquire the skills to take the fundamentals you have learned and turn them into an artistic routine.
